Welcome to Timberbooks
Timberbooks was established in 2007, selling quality second-hand, antiquarian and new books. We currently have over 15,000 books in stock.
We first operated from a shop in Seamill, Ayrshire on the West coast of Scotland, overlooking the Isle of Arran,
then moved in June 2010 to our new location not far away at 8 Ritchie Street, in the village of West Kilbride. We welcome visitors to our shop, which is normally open from 10am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and any of our books can be reserved in advance for
personal collection. (Please ignore the old address and opening hours on the 'Contact Us' page - we will shortly be updating these. Our telephone number, however, remains unchanged as (01294) 821901).
Timberbooks.co.uk was launched in 2009, with more books being added to this site all the time, so please keep returning here to see what's new.
Just use the QUICK SEARCH or ADVANCED SEARCH options to locate a specific title, author or publisher, or use the BROWSE BY SUBJECT listings on the left of the four catalogue pages to browse books within each of them (Antiquarian, Second-hand, New and Children's).
An additional 2200 books are offered for sale in our Amazon.co.uk shop and we sell selected titles via eBay.co.uk. Just click on the links to the left to view these books.
