Great writers making waves!

So much has been happening for the last few months that there's not been time to sleep let alone blog. But before trying to let you know in detail about all that's been going on during April, May and June, I have to sneak in a cheeky wee blog just so that you don't miss out.

Wednesday this week saw the Press Launch of Tidelines 2019 and it was fantastic! Ticket sales for last year's Book Festival were up 20% on the previous year, so if any of the Tidelines events for this September take your fancy make sure you book your tickets ASAP. From trad music to Icelandic crime to bikepacking across Scotland, there's sure to be something for everyone. And did you know that this is the Year of Indigenous Languages? - so there are events reflecting that, too. Take a look at the attached brochure and buy your tickets before they're all gone.

Oh and did I mention that Timberbooks is once again the official book supplier to Tidelines Book Festival? If all goes to plan we'll have a large and varied selection of pre-loved books for you to browse this year, as well as our usual Pop-up Shop for new books by the Festival authors. Those wonderful people at both Tidelines and the Harbour Arts Centre have allowed us extra space, so please do come and see us all there.
